Installation Process : 


Follow the below steps to install the application.


Purchase and access the HubSpot CRM Connect application:


After purchasing the HubSpot CRM Connect application, navigate to your ticket details.


Access HubSpot CRM Connect Settings:


Click on the HubSpot CRM Connect settings gear icon on the top-right corner.


Configure Credential Details:


  • It will take you to the Credential Details page, which includes the following information:
  • Zendesk admin email.
  • Zendesk Subdomain.
  • Zendesk API Key.


Generate a Zendesk API key:


  • Navigate to Zendesk admin centre
  • Click on "Apps and Integration.".
  • Click on "Zendesk API.".
  • Click "Add API Token.".
  • Provide a description, copy the generated API key, and click "Save.".


Add Zendesk API Key to HubSpot CRM Connect:


  1. Insert the Zendesk API key into the Credential Details page of HubSpot CRM Connect.
  2. Click "Submit" to save the information.
  3. Click on "Install" to authenticate HubSpot.
  4. The application will redirect to the HubSpot page.

Log in to your HubSpot account:


  • Click and login to your HubSpot account.
  • Select a HubSpot account.
  • After logging in, choose your specific HubSpot account for the integration.
  • You will see a successful message.
