" Zendesk <> Atlassian Jira Integration " The application is designed to aid agents and boost productivity, particularly in ticket replies and communication.


Overview : 


Seamlessly handle Jira issues within Zendesk: view, create, link, comment, and get notifications from agents.


Application Process and Flow: 


The JIRA - Zendesk Integration app facilitates seamless interaction for agents within the Zendesk interface. This integration enables agents to perform various actions without leaving Zendesk, such as creating new JIRA issues, linking existing ones, and notifying linked issues.


Within the app, two primary buttons are provided: "Create Issue" and "Link Issue."


Create Issue button:


This button allows support agents to create new JIRA issues directly from Zendesk. Agents can input details such as project, issue type (e.g., Bug, Epic, Task), area, description, and upload files. Upon submission, the new JIRA issue is instantly created based on the provided information.


Link Issue Button:


The "Link Issue" button enables agents to associate existing JIRA issues with the current Zendesk ticket, streamlining cross-platform ticket management.


Additionally, the "Notify Button" feature within Zendesk-JIRA app allows agents to:


Notify all or specific linked JIRA issues.


This integration ensures that relevant ticket information is seamlessly shared between Zendesk and JIRA, enhancing efficiency and collaboration between support teams

How to install:
